Re: "synthetic iodine"

i guess i didnt explain what i meant very well

im not scientific minded at all, actually i just scrape together from sources i think have value

But, i will link to this article
http://thedoctorwithin.com/index_fr.php?page=articles/whole_food_vitamins.php

Hes saying anything thats isolated can not be utilized by the body because of the lack of co-factors and what not and therefore recognized as poison by the body. thats what i mean with synthetic. and then you can throw salt flushes selenium magnesium ascorbic acid in the mix but its still all isolates and still misses a shitload of co-factors eventhough the 'poor' food we have now isnt much better, but its still food so it has more factors in it then iodine by itself. cant make food out of iodine, get what i mean

Im still somewhat neutral on the whole deal trying to dig through the testimonials on iodine forum and see if the improvement people noticed is permanent. im reading the forum and all the people who seem to have initially diminished symptoms takes only time to see them reappear. correct me if im wrong (killuminati/soulfursurvivor for example)
