Truly, if the site over there is "dead" so-to-speak, and you become in need of us here, simply because you can't get support elsewhere, then you are welcome here.

My only suggestion is this:

Place an O/T in the subject box, and a title that "warns" what the post is about. That way, others (who perhaps are limited on time) will know the subject is "Off Topic", and they can either read or pass it by based on the "O/T" (OffTopic) part of your post.
