I used to be really into it but not soo anymore ,I am focusing more on school and work so I just became lazy lol but when I was into it,I only worked out either once or twice a week and focused mainly on compound movements and it worked out great for me.I only ate once a day but with all that rest and fasting it seemed to utilize the calories much more efficiantly,I tried eating smaller meals again but with not the same results.After fasting my body would swell like a sponge and I felt that was more anabolic then just eating smaller meals,for me at least.I'd imagine eating ALOT during the overeating phase would be the only way to gain a significant amount of mass/size though remember ori does advise smaller recovery meals for the active athlete and not everyone does the Water Fast throughout the day but some do,including me.
