Just curious if there are any super-active people who are following the WD by the book, or perhaps a modified version of it?
I'm 6', 225lbs at about 12% bf, following a bodybuilding diet (6-7 meals, all whole "clean" foods, mostly fruits/vegetables with few grains and lean proteins/healthy fats)and will be doing about 30 minutes of high intensity cardio in the morning, MMA in the middle of the day, and weights in the evening.
Even with the suggested small pre- and post- workout meals, it seems like one would eat themselves up and very quickly end up overtrained with this schedule. Is anyone else in a similar situation with the WD? And if so, what changes, if any, have you made?
