Sorry to barge in. Magnesium Oxide is a poor source of Magnesium, because it has low solubility, so it all comes out in the bowels.

MgCl, Citrate, Ascorbates are better forms of magnesium which will supply Magnesium to the Muscles/heart etc.

hence I would personally not take Oxypowder . Other reason being that its over-priced.
