B6 is included. i don't get it... i'm someone who suffers from bad constipation, but taking about 300 mg of magnesium which is 75% of daily value and i get diarrhea. does that mean i'm not absorbing the magnesium at all? should i have some milk with it so i get some calcium? a body scan machine indicated that i had low levels of magnesium...
btw i take ionic fizz. most other magnesiums have absolutely NO effect on me and make me feel a bit toxic. i'm not complaining that ionic fizz empties me out a bit but i'd like to absorb the magnesium too rather than have it be a laxative.
