I agree with Glaxony, except for the iodine. Iodine is very powerful and can be too much for someone very ill. I have had my Iodine level checked and it is sufficient. Anytime I have taken Iodine internally I have gotten very negative reactions that appeared to be counterproductive to my getting well. Personally, I think it is better to cleanse in ways that don't make you terribly sick in the process, so that you can at least function and feel well enough to remain happy and positive. For the past 3 months I have been using Cellfood, concentrace minerals, juice plus, lithium orotate (for mood support), Rainbow Light prenatal multi for the extra iron support, rebounding, drink ozonated water before bed & drink plenty of sunshined water! I do add a few drops of iodine to my coconut oil and lather it on after showers, I let my body decide if it wants it! I have very mild detox symptoms and feel positive & balanced.

I have a darkfield microscope and I have been observing strange things in my blood, but I do not understand what I see yet so I will not comment. I have only had my microscope for a week and I am just a beginner to microscopy. I have many experiments that I will be doing with darkfield regarding treatment plans and their effect on blood health...I will post my findings. Seeing my blood has really sparked an interest in my getting well, as well as an interest to learn and understand what I see...I have enrolled in Trinity College of Natural Health, so that I can educate myself on natural healing.
