Cold symptoms after flush - might just be a cold!

I think (at least I hope) I'm coming out of this tail spin. Thanks for all the advice you've given me. Let me say though, it's amazing what a cup of tea can do for you.

I think I might have come down with the notorious Summer Cold, as oppossed to post-flush toxin poisoning.

Why do I say this, you're wondering...

1) My 2 year old son came down with the croup the day before my flush; this later devolved into a nasty cough.

2) The Sunday after the flush I was doing a ton of house work - I was out in the sun all day, building a picnic table, and working on my decks, not to mention the numerous Home Depot runs. Anyway, on top of getting too much sun and physically exhausting myself, I hadn't eaten anything all day and probably also got somewhat dehydrated. I was basically going iron-man 2 days after a flush! It was right after this that my symptoms kicked in.

3) My wife is coming down with the same thing, though not as bad as me just yet.

4) This is not that uncommon for me during the summer season, especially if I have a fan blowing on me at night.

Hopefully, I'm not speaking to soon, especially with 4th of July weekend coming up. I know when I'm better I'll feel great as a result of the flush, especially after loosing a few pounds and successfully modifying my diet.

Take care all!

Rotgut
