Just to say, after reading your notes re food ie soya, tofu and milk, I've actually found a local dairy farmer here in Uk who will give me raw milk on a daily basis and from this I am going to make my own cheese and butter! This will definitely aid the liver "load" as it has all the living enzymes within to aid digestion. I'll let everyone know how I fare as I only get reprieve from the excema for approx 3 days after a flush and then it's back with a vengence. Pasturised milk start all sorts of wierd and strange things off for me.
