I think, it is never too late for a enema. Just go ahead. So you break the "enterohepatic cycle" (toxins coming from the liver into the gut, beeing reabsorb into the body and going to the liver, beeing brought into the gut, beeing reasbsorbed and so on....). I learned how important it is to break that cycle during Amalgam detoxification. Enemas are a great help. You could take some medical carbon too, that absorbs toxins in the gut.
