During colonoscopy, the doctors did not find any inflammation in cecum but the biopsy report found cryptitis and cryptic abscess there. Also, as the blood is bright red, I think it is from an open sore closer to the rectum.
I think he could not take Quinoa alright as he had 3 bowel movements in the evening yesterday and I could see the undigested quinoa in them.
So continuing with the brown rice diet and procedure.
Any suggestions on protein for vegetarians? I think he has issues digesting diary. So he is now on a diary free diet. And I am avoiding wheat for now. Though I want to try egg, I am not sure if he would take it ok as he has never had egg.
