It is hard work taking care of others around you, but also it is rewarding that you have some people who rely on your gifts, and as you said it, it keeps out of bed.

H.pylori is a bacteria that causes ulcer. the GI said that around 20% of people infected with this bacteria, but many don't know it, and have little reaction to it.

You are a busy girl. I hope you start your program of losing weight soon, I know you can do it.
