I agree with you, eating certain food twice a week is unlikely to cause a problem, but I was eating bread about twice a day. It is not just bread, I eat other foods repeatedly. No wonder I keep losing weight no matter how much food I eat; that has to change, and learn moderation.
I cut off gluten several times before, for up to 4 weeks, but no significan improvement happened, I gave up. Four weeks may be isn't enough time for the symptoms to clear up; especially, if other sensitivity is present. This time, no gluten for at least 2 months.
