Re: No Bread?

Hi Chalak,

My life is very busy in general. I have 4 adult children (20,20,22,24) all living at home a husband, a dog and a cat. I am now at least 100 lbs. overweight and every time I start eating healthy something more stressful than the everyday stresses happen and I resort back to my old eating habits. It is so much easier to cook meals that I have been cooking for the past 26 years than to try to plan, shop and cook for meals around a specific diet plan. Not eating sugars and grains seems to work for me but I haven't been able to do this long enough to make it a way of life.

Recently a new revelation came to me, I try to loose weight in my own power after all I am perfectly capable of following a book! Hopefully by next week I will be geared up to try again but this time I will rely on my God to keep me going.

I have had something medically wrong with me for about 20 years if it isn't one thing it's another. With a family to take care of I just keep plugging along. If I didn't have a family to take care of I probably would still be in bed. lol

I don't know much about h. pylori. Do you also have an ulcer from it? I have suffered with gerd for many years and have a small hiatal hernia. Ever since I was a small child I had acid reflux. I was very thin then. I'm sure loosing weight will help me now.

I sure hope you get well soon. I know what life is like always being sick or just not feeling right.

Blessings,

Busygirl
