Well, we started on Jigsaw Health Mg/SRT back in June, both my husband and I, and we're in our 50s. I have to tell you this, it has improved our skin so much that it's feels like we're 10+ years younger. And my husband suffers from skin problems that he's had his whole lifetime, so I know the other does help. I won't stop taking that kind of mg (it's mg malate [malic acid]) and is in a sustained-release form where it lasts in your 12 hours without you dumping it in having diarrhea.

Anyway, I didn't start using the other kind of mg, the oil, until about a month or a little more ago. I usually use some in a hot bath and soak, and then I spray it on a muscle in my left leg that feels like a nerve problem, although it's gotten better with the Jigsaw brand.
