I have used other magnesium oils but have found the brand Magnesoothe to be the very best. It is clear, clean, and comes from the Dead Sea so it has more essential minerals that other Magnesium Oils don't have. I have used it on injuries to help the pain go away and to also speed the healing process. I have also used it just as mineral supplement since it contains vital minerals for your body like potassium, calcium, selenium and of-course magnesium.
