Rory, please continue with Dr. Swanepoel's regimen.  You increased the oleander too quickly the first time.  Do it gradually.  Never force yourself.  If you feel nauseaous, go back to the prior dose.  Dr. Swanepoel is most gracious and if you contact him yourself, he will put himself out to help you.  If you like, I will always be more than happy to contact him for you.  Rory, please join Tony's Oleander Forum.  Here is the link.
