Thanks for your comments. I have included a lot more plant-based oils, particularly olive oil and coconut oil, since the first MC. Before that, I was already taking flax oil and borage oil as well as getting 3-5 fruits and veggies a day. Also, since the fast I added more beans to my diet to get complete proteins (since I already ate a lot of rice) and swapped that for the larger amounts of meats that I was eating.
I'll certainly look into the
Oxypowder . I've taken other
Colon Cleanses before (including one after the first MC), but there's always stuff going through and you never know what might help other stuff move along.
What I really need to do, that I haven't because I don't have a lot of time since I work minimum 6 days a week, is liver flushing. The first
Master-Cleanse brought my liver enzymes back to what docs consider normal, but I've been told for years by Western and Eastern doctors that I have a congested liver (sluggish is what eastern docs say, "fatty" in western terminology). But the past two or three
Liver Flushes weren't productive. So, after this one, and if I decide to do the colon cleanse, after that too, I know I MUST do a few liver flushes.
