The thing that I notice in your description of the changes you made post your first MC is that you are only mentioning your exclusions to your diet and they're all fine and dandy and a good start but once you eliminate stuff it's time to really focus on your inclusions and balance. That is were the focus and real effort come in and where you really maintain a reap the rewards after the cleanses in the rebuilding process.
Because you still are eliminating stuff late in the cleanse you are a good candidate for a round of colon cleansing. I and many others find the oxygen protocols like Oxypowder very efficient so you might wanna check into those.
