The ginger in f#1 is for helping the gut. When you eat/drink ginger that will help the liver in minutes - about 30mins.f#1 helps with the clearing the bile duct and may help a bit of liver but you cant beat taking the raw juice its self. Whihc will have laxative effect - schulze has documented this somewhere.
F#1 is best taken with breakfast as in toast or cereals. Superfood needs about 30 minutes for digestion.
Have you searched for disoman or raider on this site? they do f#1 etc,, at some discount? I will use other email for prices (dont think I can put the prices here)
f#2 may need to start slowly you dont know if it will slow the bowels down yet 5 times a day maybe too much. When you get to 2 BM a day then that is a good time to start f#2.
f#1 doseage -- if it takes 10 capsules to make BM after 8-10 hours then I used to double up the dose to get a BM in half the time. The aim is to get a BM 1 hr after food right? This was the only way I could deal with moving things along in the end. Hope this helps.
