Re: mailanee...
Well mailanee...once you get your Lichen Sclerosis under control, you just go on with your life as you did before.
Now I'll be the first to admit that when mine was active, I was almost out of my
mind. But within 2 weeks of coming from Vanderbilt (and we're just 10 minutes from
Paducah, Ky...in Southern Illinois) I was back in control of my life and happenings.
I'm not one to brood over spilt milk...I had experienced extreme suffering when my
Lichen Sclerosis was active...but once it was under control I had things to do, places to go and people to see. :-) So I went right back on track.
Why don't you call the Gynecology Department of Vanderbilt and see if they still
have a Dr Entmann there...that's who "I" saw. He was WONDERFUL...and got me turned
around with just one trip to Vanderbilt...I didn't even have to stay the night.
His first name was either Stephen or Kenneth...now don't ask me why I can't remember...because those 2 names are nothing alike...but I know for sure one or the
other is right....so give them a call and go see him. My charges were just like
going to any other doctor...not bad at all.
As as for always having issues...what kind of issues are you talking about? Health?
If you're having 'health issues'...that means you're not feeding your body the nutrients it needs to get and stay healthy. At you're young age, you're probably
into Fast Food hamburgers, french fries, coca colas, etc. :-)
So if that's true...back off on those fast foods and eat a healthier diet...add some raw foods and salads...back off on the
Sugar big time. You'll see your health
turn around in no time.
Hope you'll check on Dr Entmann...and good luck.
