Fundamentally, the BUSINESS and ROMANTIC relationships will always be at odds with each other. It takes special navigation (mutual understanding) to make them both work out well (such as husband/wife). A common saying is "Never go into business with family", so you can see that it is VERY difficult for both relationships to be compatible with each other and almost impossible for them to coincide (coexist). Maybe it's best to just "chalk it up to experience".
