i've also started the paleo diet (hi again, kokona) and i fear that my real problem lies with Sugar and candida (as evidenced by dozens of white bumps on my skin; i've eliminated everything else, they still persist).

i'm curious: how and where did you get the Sugar test done? i'm positive this has to be the problem w/ me as well, but i would love to get some validation...

also, anyone know where i can get some liquid caprylic acid to mix w/ my oil/p & b detox shakes?

if you could refer me to a test/medical lab where you found out about your Sugar sensitivity, i would be most appreciative!!!
