Most of the time I stick to veggies and have had periods in my life that I ate no animal flesh whatsoever for a number of years
Now I do eat sushi pretty regular and a little turkey every now and then.
Once in a great while in colder weather I'll get a hankering for grilling a steak and I'll pick up some hormone free organic grass fed Bison Rib Eye.
The thing I like to grill the most is Salmon. I make the best marinade in the world for it ;+D It's 50/50 olive oil and red wine vinegar with fresh Thyme and grated orange rind. To me there simply in no better way to grill Salmon. It also work great on chicken or shrimp.
