i too, have decrease my dosage... i remember when i first started how many effects were positive... the disappearance of the dryness in my hands and hair were the first positives noticed... after a few months, i had noticed that my hair had felt somewhat thinner [easier to break]... hands--still are more youthful looking without the need for a speck of aid coming from creams or salves...

After reading about Uniquity's situation [and some others], I felt it was time to give the larger doses a rest... larger dosing is suppose to be effective for certain cancerous situations... of which i may have [really don't like doctors, so hadn't been so moved to get a professional opinion/confirmation on this]...

With regard to the Howenstein article... there is one interesting personal note that persists for me... and hope you don't mind me sharing this somewhat bleak picture...

But since I intially posted this Howenstine article, there was one statement in it that caused me to remember something i had heard 15 or more years ago.
...i remember hearing a prediction that was a-buzz within the commune i had spent much time in... since 1987 i had been making trips to India. In 1990 i left the States …it was during the Gulf War era... i had spent 2 1/2 years there learning different methods of meditation.... every now and again interesting gossips and rumors would circulate amongst the foreign people that frequented this place... the rumor that i remember in particular went like this... the prediction came out of an american indian healer somewhere in the american southwest who had a vision... in the vision he had seen that there would be a plague released from american jets bombing iraq and that this would spread all over the northern hemispere... i.e. Europe and north america... it seemed to be confined in the northern hemispere...

when i heard this i thought that [if this was true] it would be obvious and prevalent by the time i returned from india in 1992-93... since i had not heard anything further i had just forgotten about it... up until this article i thought it was just another prediction that had no connection with reality... now, according to Howenstein... this just may have validated this prediction for me...
