No you're not asking too much. The reason I choose to do these forms is because I've been "terminally" ill. I din't like it at all and I'm trying to prevent other people from going there. It's NOT a fun trip. So ask away.

Yes it is Coca Cola. 4 ounces is not a problem for the body.

Yes, you do all those things at once but I don't think you need to do the colon part unless you're constipated.

I don't agree with the vegetarian way. Not because it doesn't make sense but because I don't see it work that often. People seem to need pretein from meats and especialy organ meats. I cover that in my post "NHP fundamantal 3, # 2. regular nutrtion".

Sprouted grains are very benificial so go with those. Dairy I'm up in the air about. Some people do quite well on dairy others not so good. But a good yogurt is okay. Bread? Go with sprouted grain or rye. Sour dough bread is also good.

I never had very good success with Schulzes products either and the only product of his I do recommend is his detox tea. But I don't think you need that.

Anyway, right now do Barefoots DeWormer and his Liver/gallbladder balance formula. They're easy to do and very effective. The DeWormer will kill any and all parasites and the Liver/galbladder balance will keep your liver open and repair it.

Do that for a couple of weeks and see how you feel. Then if you need to do a liver flush you can do one.

And, a bit of wine is good for you, especially with the evening meal.
