Ulcer problem ?!? or am i too acidic

Hi DR
Let me tell u few problems regarding me:
a. I had ulcer on the mouth of duodenum. The pain was such that i used to be fainted during such period. The reason may be Stress and strain.Now since long i have not witnessed any severe episode. But sometimes i feel a little bit disturbance on my stomach and heart burning.

b. I have lots of acne on my back covering even some part of Chest, shoulders and hips. And sometimes on face also which left scars on my face too.
