lol bran flakes was a safe food of mine too :) Be patient with yourself. I know it's difficult looking around the isles and at nutrition labels, it seems like the end of the world. One step at a time! You'll soon realise the more you try "new" foods, you won't magically get "fat" the next hour or day or week after eating them. The world won't stop, or even change :) It's all in your mind. I know it seems like a big deal but it really isn't. Just be aware, that although your fear is real, it isn't justified. You have nothing to fear.
