Recognizing you have a problem and wanting to get better is an important part of healing yourself. Some people never even get to that step. It sounds like you truly want to get better and at least have a game plan to start with. Rome wasn't built in a day, and you are not going to be "healed" in a week. Be content to make a little bit of progress when you can - it all adds up to a lot in the end. Make an effort to get out when you can and talk on the phone when you can. I think many of us have suffered from that syndrome of "everybody is looking at me" at some point in our lives. The good thing is that no one really is staring at you or wondering if you have a problem. Once you accept that it is easier to go on. This forum is somewhat dead but if you keep posting with your progress then I am sure it will pick up! Good luck!
