Well you are supposed to do a 7 day cleanse and take 4 capsules around 6:00 pm on an empty stomach and take another 2 capsules before you go to bed. It started to work for me around the 3rd or 4th day and I am still taking the cleanser for maintanence. I started about 2 weeks ago and it is still working. You may want to use their parasite cleanse as well, but I have not tried it yet. Before I took the product I smelled like fecies but now it has been getting better.
