I am new to this forum.. Am also a Vata... I have been having trouble with gallbladder lately.. I think I cannot digest oil... Had my first trip to the ER with what they said was a stone maybe stuck in the duct causing the pancreas to inflame.. Have not had definitive testing yet such as ultrasound but plan to get one in a few weeks.
I had woken up with severe nausea and vomiting four hours after eating.. I had had too many nuts that evening. I eat very healthy, vegan and 70% raw and try to watch the fat but I now realize all the digestive issues and what I thought was food poisening was really my gallbladder.... I am afraid to do a Liver Flush mainly because of the epson salts and also the amount of oil you have to take.. I just get so sick on oil?
I also have an inner ear condition called Meniere's disease and too much salt gives me horrible vertigo... I eat a no salt diet.. So what will the epson salts to do me? Don't they have salt in it?? or is it just magnesium? Anyway I do not want to have my gallbladder out and would like to try the liver flush.. 4 years ago did one and got VERY SICK... I was so sick all night, but did pass some yellowish stones..
