I am very much impressed with ur formula of liver flush.
I want an opinion, I have never done a LF, there are two gall stones about 8mm and 12mm, whether this formula will work for me.
U have written u grate 1 garlic do u mean a whole garlic or one piece of garlic and how much is the quantity of Coconut oil.
