electrolysis question help.

Hi. Im in need of help with my face. I have lots of discoloration on my neck and chin from too much tweezing and ingrown hairs. Im really considering electrolysis. Has anyone had this done. If so approx. how long did it take and cost? THe one closest to me uses thermolysis. Im a stay at home mom so i dont have much money but im so depressed i dont know what else to do. This is ruining my life and I have got to take care of it. Anyone with any information would be great. I now have to shave everyday so I dont know how I will find enough money for electrolysis.
