ALERT good message - or - ALERT bad message

Whenever you click on "alert good message" or "alert bad message" it sends an E-MAIL to the moderator.

So, the more e-mails they get on a message, if they still ignore it, well. hmmm

So, as long as they are checking their e-mails, they cannot ignore this. In other words, if they don't have the time to actually read the forum, they should still know about the recommendations based upon whether or not they check their e-mails.
