Could you explain Gamma for me. For me the special place of hearing from angels is when I lower the noise of the world around me... In that place I feel very in touch with God who is love. I rarely but do get another kind of high so to say when I am in the middle of doing some kind of crafty thing or doing something out in nature. Lately I have not been doing anything outside for the heat and it affects my mood I am sure. This meditation thing holds some peace or pieces of the pie that are much needed...I wish I could dial up what I want from meditation... Tweet
