I would return it and get the Black-Walnut hulls (fresh green Black-Walnut hulls). As for dose, isn't it on each of the bottles or capsules? I'd follow the directions for each one.

My tinctures all have dose on the directions, with some lee-way for each one. Like the Wormwood says, 10-20 drops 2-3 x a day.
