wheat is not human food. especially the fractionated and contaminated stuff available int he stores like bread. steel cut wheat cooked as a whole grain cereal is pretty good, as long as it is organic and not Genetically-Modified or poisoned.

i will find out soon what this is for sure. i think the crap coming out of my arms is from vaccinations, especially the military high pressure injections i got thirty years ago. god, has it been that long????
