I lost lots of weight too initially. Because I could tolerate buckwheat and quinoa, (not sure if the diet you are following allows it) I started making waffles from those 2 flours, ground milk thistle seeds, flax seeds and either (rinsed) raw walnuts, almonds or pecans,
Sea Salt and water. I found it REALLY helped! I still allow myself to have them on the weekends. Initially I lost 15 lbs, but have gained 5 of them back. I must have had 15 lbs of yeast I was carrying around! BTW, I don't put oil in my waffles because heating oils changes the properties of them to where they can be harmful not beneficial. Anyone else would think the waffles taste like cardboard, but I find them YUMMY! Especially dunked in my morning tea!
Also, initially I drank lots of water and it felt like it went right through me, which it did, until I added
Sea Salt to my diet, which helps water stay in your tissues and cells, preventing minerals from being depleted from your system.
