Re: Hormones affected

Shroom,

I also suffer from a variety of unexplainable symptoms. I'm in my late 20's, was highly active before all of this and have no family history of chronic illness. You were looking for lab work, etc. so here my results/observations.

1) Weight loss despite good appetite
2) General malaise/Flu-like symptoms
3) Low T-helper count, high T suppressor count
4) Reduced C3
5) Circulating immune complexes
6) All autoimmune panels are negative (taken several times)
7) Pains in finger joints (came on much later)
8) Sporadic thoracic back pain
9) Chest tightness and a feeling of tightness in my lower throat
10) This seemed to start with intestinal problems, poor digestion and discomfort, seemingly in the small intestine region. \
11) I've recently started getting gum discomfort/recession and a cavity. Can't remember when exactly it started.

Interestingly, I've also evacuated similar type bugs as shown in the tree bark thread (candida support I think) and the lymephoto website. Its only happened a couple of times, but there was one time when a large amount of them came out at once. I had gotten a rain drop massage for the back pain. Basically this type of massage entails rubbing essential oils (oregano, thyme, etc.) into your back and rubbing it in with a lymph massage. An icy hot type of oil is also added and your back is covered with a hot wet towel. It burns so bad its basically unbearable, leaving and almost scab like scaling on your back (not a burn). I was surprised that my back was not oily after it so I'm assuming that a large amount of the oils were absorbed.

That night I felt almost like I couldn't breath. Thats really when the chest tightness started and I've had it periodically since. In any event, a day or two later a lot of these things came out of me. Given the nature of the message, it leads me to believe that these things may take up residence in the lymphatic system at some stage. This may contribute to the immune system (T-cell) issues that many of us experience. Just another tid-bit of info in our collective quest....

One more thing, I've experimented with a host of immune modulating compounds and the one that has given me some relief has been RM-10. It contains a bunch of medicinal mushrooms (reishi, cordyceps, turkey tail, maitake, etc), selenium and Cat's claw. I take well above the recommended dose so I'm not sure which of these elements accounts for its effects, perhaps all of them. Its not cheap stuff but its worth the cost. However, I still feel crappy periodically, just not as bad, seemingly. I'm thinking about a comibination of concomitant treatments to boost the immune system while simultaneously fighting various stages, co-infections. Perhaps the mag pulser for the lymphatic issues?
