Re: Cold sensitivity continues to improve

wow, that sounds just like me, except once a month when I get what feels like Traditional Chinese Medicine might call "liver heat" around my period. The cold to the bone thing has been getting progressively worse, and last winter I could not get warm at all, no matter what I did. The reverse is that I can't tolerate hot weather, either. Ok, ok....:) I'll try the drink. I haven't been to regular grocery store in years, but I'll try the Kroger's someone mentioned down below and look for the pickling lime. I have to admit I don't see myself poking and squeezing juice out of vegetables and fruit in my local produce market looking for the high brix stuff - I'm quite sure that wouldn't be apppreciated by the owners, not to mention everyone already thinks I'm weird... Is there some other way to tell you're getting good stuff? I typically go by "heavy for its size" and whether I can smell the fruit - depending on what it is. I passed up some yams the other day because they felt kind of lighter than they should be.
