Day 24 of 2nd Humaworm parasite cleanse

...And I really put myself through the wringer.

I certainly don't have to describe the feelings of urgent and frequent urination to you, do I?

Okay, I tried three things that seemed to backfire on me...

...A pinch of 'good' salt under my tongue...once. And a 'salt water purge', once.

...1 or 2 drops of 'good' oregano oil in hot water, several days in a row.

...Two 1,000 mg tablets of Vitamin C, once a day, several days in a row.

I don't know which it was that irritated me most (if either), the oregano oil or the Vitamin C. Or, if this all was in combination with 'die-off' from the cleanse; or if all the discomfort could have been from the after-effects of the salt...but, this morning the irritation was gone!

Yesterday I cooked up a batch of long-grain brown rice, and ate half of it, with butter and 'good' salt.

We also brought in a small winter squash from the garden and baked half of it, with butter.

Though it looks like a small round Hubbard squash, it most certainly ISN'T! It is the driest squash we have ever eaten! I put about 1/4 of the whole squash through the food processor, with lots of butter, cream, and milk, plus garlic and some ginger...and I ate nearly all of it, over some of the leftover rice.

The point of the brown rice was to see if I could get some IP6, as described in the parasite Support forum.

I think I did...and it was great!

I think there may have been some (or something else beneficial) in the squash...it being so dry, like cooked dry peas, only worse.

IP6 is found in the bran (the brown stuff found under the husk or shell) of whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds, I am told.

Newport suggests that the concentrate which can be bought in healthfood stores, is far more effective. ...And that the starches found particularly in grains are not so good in getting rid of parasites.

I wanted you to know the latest in my saga, just in case there is a hint or two here for you.

This a.m. I ate a dish of underripe Watermelon (a baby pink color), with full white seeds, that came from our garden.

Watermelon always gives me urinary frequency, soon after eating it.

This morning was the same, but not too strong...and then it stopped.

Though I feel a tiny echo of the watermelon, the relief is lovely.

I've just had more rice and squash, and we'll be going out for Chinese. I won't eat much of it (that's why I had a nice big feed of squash and rice), and maybe, just maybe I'll get a full night's sleep...for once.

Tell you tomorrow.

F.

Two things more...

...I've been having some Castor Oil, a drop at a time, two or three per day...and some on skin.

...Though I've had urinary irritation off and on all my life, this whole thing seems to have started in 1985, when I moved into a house with a dog.

Don't know if either of these points is significant.
