Bought my first bottle of Lugols

I just ordered my first bottle of iodine. I hope this works for me. The parasite cleanse I'm on has been amazing, I feel so good, and I'm only half thru the 30 days. My son just started yesterday, he's 24.

I'll keep reading here, and learning what works for me. If I could get off the thyroid meds I've been on for 31 years, that would be something!

I still haven't found out how long one is on Lugols iodine? Or do you do a maintainence amount thru-out your life?
