Re: basic goals of iodine supplementation

it depends on how much bromine is stored. it is clear to me it stores in fat. therefor, your body mass index is going to come into play. i have been at it since the beginning(6 months? i lose track) and i am still getting the pee and the zits. my fat was aweful, simply aweful. i had cleaned up most everything else. i am not real fat in appearance, but i was not real muscular due to all the down time i had since the mid nineties. i carried a lot of fat subcutaneously and in places it didnt show, like my back. i now have love handles, not because of gaining them, but because the fat on my back has melted away and i am losing weight. also, my muscle mass and tone is increasing with little effort on my part. i attribute this and my renewed energy and endurance to Iodine alone. its all i have been doing different.
