I may be that few that gets symptoms

I get really out of it if my fat goes down too low,I also noticed a few other host of issues with altering my diet.Anything from too much sodium,
preservatives to wheat,gluten, and dairy,to white rice and processed carbs,I seem to have an adverse reaction to many types of substances.
So far though,as long as I keep it clean with meats,veggies and fiber I am fine...
how long I maintain such a regimine is another question lol
It's cool in a way because I know which foods will effect me and how they will,kinda makes me think twice about the deep fried battered turkey wing and onion rings at the state fair..but I will most likely eat it anyways at the same time washing it down with a few beers lol

no,not my everyday routine but when it's time to induldge,I will do it guilt free and do it right!lol
