I've found with the warrior diet that the fat intake should be around 25-30%. That's an average, but I figure if you're eating nuts, seeds etc. then that should be all right. Some people who eat low-fat can develop nerve conditions and the like, but of course for the most part that is the extreme end of the spectrum. If you're going to support testosterone function, then it just makes sense to have decent, good fats in your diet.
