Just have to throw in my 2 cents, here. I must be the only one who has no complaints, results-wise or taste-wise using generic Sea Salt . Maybe after a couple of years of Epsom Salts with the liver flush, there is barely any taste to the Sea Salt by comparison. What I do is measure out 32 oz of filtered water. Boil a 1/2 cup of that in the microwave. Dissolve in the Sea Salt . Pour it back in the bottle and drink it down warm. I'll drink a pint of fresh water both an hour before and an hour after I drink the salt water. Generally, for me, it takes 1-3 hours for the flush to kick in.
