Pepe, I'm not clear on whether you're saying that Redmond's or Himalayan are more palatable, like Celtic, or whether you're saying they're as gross as the refined white Sea Salt . I used the Real Salt and imagine it was much better than the refined, but it was still hard for me after the first week. For whatever reason it got harder over time instead of easier, and I resorted to the lax tea 2 x daily rather than lax tea in the p.m. and SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the a.m.

I'm also wondering what you think of the idea that one poster offered of drinking the full amount of salt in half the recommended water, then drinking the rest of the water right after as a chaser. If/when I Master-Cleanse again, I'd like to try that method, as I think substituting the lax tea for the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is okay, but really gives a different kind of BM and might less ideal than doing SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) in the a.m.

Okay, I checked and I have white Sea Salt . Is there a major difference between Celtic Sea Salt and regular Sea Salt in regards to taste and effectiveness?
