Re: Curing Acne by Cleansing?
Thank you for all of your suggestions. I'm just checking in a week after my first liver flush. My skin hasn't been this clear(for a long duration) in years. Usually my forehead is always irritated and sensitive and I always have to be careful when washing or applying moisturizing oil(I only use Emu oil). Not this week.
The first couple of days I was feeling a lot more energetic like I was on a coffee rush all the time(I'm just guessing cause I don't drink coffee:)But these last couple of days I'm feeling a bit rundown again. I plan on doing a flush every couple of weeks to see if my skin will continue to stay clear(and see how it effects my overall energy level). So far so good.
In reply to Tiff's message, I don't think I would go for the Accutane. To me if I need a prescription to get it, then I definitely don't want it on my skin. Most likely it will only add to the problem. Besides, it will only take care of the superficial problem, not its real cause. I feel my body is trying to tell me something and that using such things would only be like stuffing a sock down my own throat, instead of carefully listening to what my body had to say.
For anyone in this forum who hasn't yet, I encourage you to do at least one liver flush, without any shortuts and see how your body reacts. Most likely you will be pleasantly surprised.
Update: The above results kept going for about a week. I got my zapper and zapped over the weekend and now I ave a few pimples that have come out. I'm wondering if zapping might have had something to do with it. I'll try another flush next week and observe the effects of that. From whta many have said here it takes more than one flush to get rid of all the stones.
I'll also incorporate bitters into my diet to help support and stimulate liver function. I had a dandelion salad topped with saukraut. It wasn't too bad.
