Please check your hormone levels. If your estrogen is high (which it sounds like it is) you should avoid soy products. It
is highly estrogenic. Excess estrogen will cause acne, weight gain especially on the thighs, and a host of other
symptoms. Do a search for "excess estrogen" and read about it. I know from first hand experience. I was drinking
soy protein shakes for a couple of weeks and noticed that I was getting saddlebags on my thighs. This will also
happen with black cohosh and some of the estrogen herbs.
