Re: Vegetarian sources of protein?

how does it work? it seems as I said that protein requirement goes down. Higher sources of protein regardless of those who talk of complete and incomplete, provide greater energy. It is the energy and light from food that we absorb that is most important. how much energy and light do you suppose is in meat compared to that in a plant? I am quite large and have been veg for 6 years and have not loss much muscle mass. My protein in grams is a pittance compared to when I ate meat.

I used to eat eggs too for a while in fact gave them up recently. They have an energy to them also.

Raw is most often to hi in carbs and Sugar and leads to hypoglycemia problems and feeiling hungry all the time.

Anyway Dhal/beans are the primary source of protein, as one builds up light chi/prana one way get rid of the beans also and subsist on very light proteins that exist in all fruits and veggies.

Aye
